In each one of us irrespective of our age is the inner child. It is the innocence, the purity, Angelic form, wise old soul, clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, telepathic, joyous, a mind of our own, virgins, unlimited, and fearless with a heart of gold.
As we grow older we become conditioned and programmed to believe particular things and ways. We experience much and are like sponges absorbing knowledge, wisdom, personalities, traits, illusions, conditioning, rules and regulations.
To protect and defend ourselves against future suffering and experiences, we often try to forget those painful times. Every time we’re engage in thought or in touch with the experience of suffering, our perception provokes us to enter that space of suffering as that is the picture we have, we try to disengage by becoming sad, angry, fearful. We recall, and parts of us tense up only allowing the reprinting of those traumas, fears, feelings and memories be stamped deep down in our subconscious mind.
How can I help?
The more we ingrained with them, the more we don’t venture into addressing the situation / issues that clench us with iron claws. We continue to suffer consciously or unconsciously in silence or allow it to surface every so quickly and then we shut it down and sweep it under the carpet in hope one day it will disappear.
