As we go through life, we all experience moments or times when our confidence tales a knock and our self-esteem plummets. Sometimes we bounce back quickly, but sometimes it’s just not that easy.

When our confidence is low, almost all areas of our lives – working, socializing, relationships, etc. – are affected.

Why treat poor self-confidence?

Liking and valuing yourself should be easy, but for many people stopping negative inner dialogue seems impossible. It is important to note that the poor self-assessment is something that you learn quite young. Unfortunately, it won’t change appreciably throughout your life unless you do something significant to intervene.

Our hypnotherapy for confidence sessions work with you to access your subconscious mind and help clear and re-programme the patterns of unhelpful behaviours, thinking and beliefs that have now become your barriers to finding self-worth.

1. Individuals and groups

In our weekly or monthly meetings, we explore the following:

  • A primarily emphasises on interpersonal focus,
  • exploration of my relationship to myself
  • through one-to-one contact, we become knowable about how we proceed with relationship
  • we understand how to organise our thinking, feeling, feeling and how to be in a relationship
  • we create space in reflecting and implementing our dealing with one-to-one relationships in the present and past

Self-esteem and self-confidence are enhanced and streamlined when there is support that evolves you as an individual and your uniqueness is advanced, this leads to productivity within self and life

Individual sessions are best for those who do not wish to discuss their life and their past within a group

Some people prefer to be in a group as there is a share and tell which they find helps them understand others that may have been or still are in situation they themselves share in common as this allows a feeling there is group support.

 Weekly and Monthly session are offer as:

  • General, specific sessions and therapy

Individual or group sessions are offered as either brief sessions or if preferred as long term, this considers the unique needs of the individual or the group individually and collectively.

General session therapy focuses on specific issues, each session is determined by the requirements and demanding attention in order to resolve specifics and move on to the next issue at hand.

  • Long term, specific sessions and therapy

Long term, specific sessions and therapy involves a different commitment. It requires time and commitment for a deeper analysis and exploration into relationship with self, others and relationship to things and situations. Everything in life is a relationship between self and that which we engage and interact with.

we review and discuss specifics to get a better understanding of how we are progressing and the break through and outcomes from those, what changes and roles have emerged and implementation successes. This ongoing review also helps to contain the work and give it shape.

In our couple’s sessions we focus on issues specific to intimate relationships. We work specifically in seeking to identify issues and obstacles affecting the individual and collective. Communication, needs, wants, desires are investigated and discussed. On offer is basic and ongoing full programme, private and couple coaching, residential workshops, intimate relationship classes

Relationships are always the best teacher, as they will always highlight the things we need to work on. If you are in a demanding relationship and you being pushed to your limits, you instinctively understand there must be a solution resulting in peace and harmony.

Through the sessions individually and collectively, I will help you to understand and overcome these obstacles.

I provide a safe environment for all members of the family to experience, explore and involve each other of each other’s wants, needs, and desires individually and collectively.

Family programmes involve, serious, fun, awareness, addressing issues of the past and present, future possibilities, extended results, tasks, after session tasks and meetings within family, addressing issues, identifying traits, evaluating and identifying patterns, skills teaching, educational tools, forgiveness processes, mentoring, coaching, the exploration of trans-generational patterns – all resulting in acknowledgement and understanding of each person’s choices, needs and expectations.

Family sessions usually take are set at an hour and a half and are held at our office or in the convenience of your home.

I offer a number of specialised personal development programmes, that can be adjusted according to the requirements, offering an opportunity to work with continuity over time. The areas covered also include aspects of sexuality, men and women’s development programmes.

  • Sexuality programme

Discovering what is best for you, addressing past issues, identifying traits, discovering what you understand about sexuality and how it has impacted on your past and present, are the issues inherited through generational line or social. Sexuality within the relationship between self – intimate – general – family, awareness, exploration of the facts and identifying the possibilities are but a few areas that will be explored.

  • Childhood abuse

There are various levels of abuse. We identify and categorise the experience, what has created the circumstances of your past and present, who was involved, why it happened, see it from all sides, how the impact of abuse has affected you - family - life - career - friendships - relationships - intimacy - sex - sexual orientation, discovering and letting go, and more.
