What is panic attack?

Make notes when you get panic attacks, think what you did during your day like the food you at, what you drank, see if a pattern emerges

The one best thing to do when you are having a panic attack is to concentrate on your breathing, breathe deeply and slowly, visualise the breath is instantly or very quickly relaxing you, deeper and deeper. Think of breathing deeply into your belly rather than your chest, this will allow the diaphragm to work properly and bring your breath back to normal and you should stop over-breathing. Always remember to breathe, if you feel like your heart is going to stop well it isn’t, focus only on your breathing.
